- Guests with a disability ID certifying the need for accompaniment;
- Guests holding a Disability Card marked with letter A (requiring an accompanying person);
- Guests with 100% disability.
REDUCED SPECIAL RATE ADMISSION

Group Admission
If you plan to visit Gardaland with a group that includes multiple Guests with disabilities, please contact us in advance at [email protected] and we will provide you with updated and specific information.
Priority Access to Attractions

The Guest holding the “Special Guest” pass must always be present when using the service at the eligible attractions.
In case of loss, damage, or forgetfulness, the Passes cannot be replaced or reissued.
Parking
The Gardaland Park carpark has some places reserved, free of charge, for guests with disabilities.
On arrival at the carpark payment point, you must show your blue parking badge issued by the authority (N.B. in the car there must be the holder of the badge)
The reserved parking is located near sectors C and D; our staff will indicate the quickest route for you.
